i. Musical Instruments: Frame rubbing. Stretcher marks slightly visible. Scattered scuffs and abrasions, particularly along the edges. 1/2'' loss at lower center. Surface dirt.

ii. Pastoral Still Life: Frame rubbing. Surface dirt. 1'' circular areas of loss along right center edge and upper right. Scattered smudges and other abrasions, including a horiztonal 2 1/2'' black scuff at lower right. 2'' horizontal bluish abrasion along lower left edge. Some of the darker gray areas flouresce under UV light, but unclear whether it is restoration.
