Comprising one of rectangular form, worked on the top surface with a circular well surrounded by a stylized bat all within a rope border, the reverse with a scene of scholars objects on a table before rockwork and bamboo in a garden setting; a small oval example of green stone, the well carved in relief with prunus and bamboo; a large vase-form carved above the well with blossoming prunus branches, all in fitted boxes. Height of tallest 8 3/4 inches.

Two stones in good condition. One stone, the rectangular one, has a vey small shallow chip to the top edge. Wood boxes with wear, small age cracks and small chips. Rectangular stone missing lid to wood box.
