The lobed pear-shape body supported on a slightly spread foot, set to one side with an 'S' curved handle with a clamboring chilong, the gently curved spout issuing from the mouth of a mythical beast and joined to the body by a lingzhi fungus strut, the body with overlapping petal-shaped cartouches enclosing figural scenes and stylized calligraphy, all below sprays of prunus, bamboo, and between incised keyfret bands, all surmounted by a conforming domed lid with knop-form finial, the semi-translucent stone a mottled grayish celadon tone with cloudy white and chestnut inclusions, fitted wood stand. Height overall 9 1/8 inches.
