It appears the charger has undergone professional restoration; the restoration is somewhat difficult to detect and is not immediately readily apparent; closer eye examination, however, reveals a small enamel or paint loss in an area that does not have the same brightness and glossy sheen and texture; it seems that an area of the charger, perhaps as much as one-third of the body, has been restored, including the center and wide border area; in addition, there are various scattered small pinhead-size particle inclusions at the surface and/or tiny burst air bubbles in the glaze, located in the center area and also the wide border, as made, and not of any real consequence; there is a black enameled collector's number (?) applied to the center of the charger on the reverse side: P.365. and there is a small paper label affixed on the reverse side; the rim edge of the charger is a mustard yellow color and there is some paint/enamel flaking in one area, probably later overpainted, notably, in the area where there appears to have been professional restoration; not blacklighted
