(i) The sheet is toned and darker mat burn around perimiter. A 1 1/2 inch notch at lower left corner. A 1 1/4 inch tear at center left. A 4 inch and 2 inch tear (repaired) at lower right. 1 inch and 2 inch tears at upper right. Soiling throughout.
(ii) Three notches along top edge, each 1/8 x 1/4 inch. One 1/8th inch notch at right edge and a 1/8th inch notch at bottom edge. The sheet is toned with stains at center bottom and center top.
(iii) Mat burn along 1/4 inch of sheet all around.
