(i) Paper is toned and laid down in the corners, with adhesive residue partially showing through (mostly top corners). There are two creases running horizontally through the text. A few scattered small brown spots.

(ii) Irregular edges, torn from larger sheet. Paper is toned.

(iii) Hinged to mat at top verso edge. Various notches and losses to paper along edges. A network of repairs in front of the man's face. Mat burn.
