18 kt., the oval domed panel centering one round sapphire ap. 30.92 cts., within a pierced geometric flower design of rectangular and fancy-shaped sapphires, the pierced bombé frame of single-cut diamonds, brooch frame with French assay mark, circa 1925, 2 sapphires missing, ap. 19.4 dwts.

With AGL report no. 1108850, stating Ceylon (Sri Lanka), no gemological evidence of heat or clarity enhancement.

Center sapphire: bright vivid medium slightly violetish blue, light silk cloud across table and crown, crystal inclusions around girdle, slightly visible, overall cleanish appearance, very lively.

Sapphires: medium blue to slightly violetish blue, cleanish to slightly included, several sightly visible to eye, lively, two missing.

Diamonds: H-I-J-VS-SI.
