Composed of seven shells tipped by oval collet-set cabochon aventurine quartz and lapis, wrapped at each end by a polished band, signed Seaman Schepps. Length 7 inches.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE SHELL HAS HAIRLINE CRACKS AND IS CHIPPED ON THE REVERSE.

Aventurine quartz: deep speckled green, good luster.

Lapis: medium deep blue with some visible brownish mottling and scattered pyrite, medium luster.
