The map with punctures at fold points but fine overall; Colton's Map of the Country Thirty Three Miles Around the City of New York. New York: J. H. Colton, 1863. Original gilt lettered cloth with large colored lithographed folding map opening to 24 x 24 inches. Splits along folds and punctures to fold points, ink stain at head, a serviceable example of a desirable map; Guide to New York: It's Public Buildings, Places of Amusement, Churches, Hotels, &c. New York: Zell, 1868. Original cloth, inserted plates and with a double-sided map of Manhattan and the Erie Railroad lines opening to 10 x 19 inches.
