Lightstain and matstain, affixed with three small pieces of tape at sheet edges recto to card and with some associated rippling, two other pieces of tape at sheet edges verso, some old glue residue and light abrasion along left and right sheet edges verso, some foxing and minor soiling in the margins, two short tears at sheet edges (longest 3/8 inch).
