Framed with a portrait to 26 x 18 inches. About fine. ; Together with BRANDEIS, LOUIS. Autograph letter on a single page, handwritten in ink signed by Brandeis, on the stationery of the Supreme Court of the United States, to Mr. Chief Justice Moschzitsin, dated March 31, 1924. Framed with a portrait to 13 x 16 inches. About fine.

Two fine letters from jurists of extraordinary eminence; offered with a third framed piece, a photograph. The pair with Kenneth W. Rendell. Note that this entry originally mentioned the Cardozo letter as to Elvira Solis; this attribution was in error. The recipient is untraced.
