The upper section with a pair of doors opening to an arrangement of drawers, the lower section opening to divided slide out shelves. The upper left drawer bearing the inscription 'This cabinet is the gift of Mrs. Robinson to her two daughters Jane and Mary Robinson. Thorp Green. Dec. 25th, 1808. Height 6 feet 9 1/4 inches (206.5 cm), width 47 3/4 inches (118.6 cm), depth 22 1/4 inches (55.6 cm).

Nice quality, with mahogany secondary wood for drawer liners; surface with craquelure and inpainting; top to lower section with scratches and dents; scratch to left side panel; some variations to color; flaking to lower cupboard doors; old marks and scratches, scuffs and wear. Top left molding off but present.
