Pale matstain, affixed with adhesive along top sheet edge verso to back mat (some associated discoloration showing through to recto and creasing and a very small area of glue and paper residue recto at top left sheet edge), unobtrusive rippling, some printer's, handling and other soft creases mainly discernible in the margins, printer's ink or minor soiling in the margins bottom left corner, a few tiny spots of discoloration at top sheet edge, a small crease/fold bottom left sheet edge, a tiny tear and possible very small loss bottom right sheet edge, framed behind glass.
